By using Pinch ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Pinch is an Apple Watch app that displays a pixel-art creature whose mood is set by your AI agent via an API. It's designed to work with OpenClaw. The App requires an active OpenClaw agent and an Apple Watch.
Pinch is currently in beta via Apple TestFlight. Beta software may contain bugs, may change significantly, and is provided "as is." Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.
Each creature is associated with a heartbeat key and an admin key. You're responsible for keeping these credentials secure. Don't share your admin key.
Use Pinch for its intended purpose — as a companion experience for your AI agent. Don't:
Pinch, its pixel art, animations, and code are the property of the Pinch team. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason. You may stop using Pinch at any time and request deletion of your creature data.
Pinch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or creature mood inaccuracies.
We may update these terms. Continued use of Pinch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
